Power on your Fire TV Stick
Plug into your TV's HDMI port, into wall power (don't use the USB port on the TV — insufficient power often causes buffering). Wait for the home screen.

Install IPTV Smarters Pro
From the home screen → search (magnifying glass) → type 'IPTV Smarters Pro' → install. Free from the Amazon Appstore. If you can't find it, try 'IPTV Smarters Player' as an alternative.

Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Apps from Unknown Sources → ON.

Search 'Downloader' in the Amazon Appstore (it's the official one, by AFTVnews). Install + open.

Common Fire TV Stick issues
- App keeps crashing — clear app cache (Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Apps → IPTV Smarters Pro → Clear Cache). If still crashing, uninstall and reinstall.
- Stream buffers in 4K but works in 1080p — your Wi-Fi can't sustain 25 Mbps. Either move closer to the router, switch to Ethernet ($15 adapter), or set Smarters Pro to default to 1080p.
- Channels won't load after launch — your Xtream URL might have a trailing slash or wrong port. Re-paste the exact URL from the welcome email.
- Audio lag / video desync — restart the Fire Stick (unplug power for 10 seconds). Common bug, restart fixes 90% of cases.
- Remote unresponsive during match — Fire Stick remote uses Bluetooth; gaming WiFi-6E routers can interfere. Pair a USB-IR remote as backup before kickoff.
